Don’t let anyone tell you that you cant tether the iPad with an iPhone 2g.
It’s not only possible, it’s easy and useful. just three steps:
- Jailbreak
- Install MyWi
- Tether
It’s great for those times you don’t have wifi access but want to use the iPad’s larger screen to surf or do mail.
It’s a great combo

The “it” in question here is my new iPad. It arrived Saturday afternoon and I had some time over the weekend to fiddle with it (aside from Easter activities–hopefully my wife will post egg-hunt videos soon :-> )
