Blowout Queen
Sunday, August 23rd, 2009Here she is, the blowout queen. It’s a gift, and a curse.
All about MAME, my Suzuki M109, and other trivia
I got a new program from the new iPhone Applications store called “Mr. Shuffle”–it’s sort of a digital Mr Potato Head… and my daughter really likes it. She likes choosing the face parts (eyes, noes, mouth, etc.) but she especially likes deleting them (you touch the item and then touch a little trash can). It’s pretty cute

We went across the street to the cemetery together, because my daughter likes to “play with rocks.” There are a couple of areas that are landscaped with small pebbles, which she likes to put into a bucket, line up on the curb, and so forth. It was pretty windy out (thus the squinty looks).
She likes to “decorate leaves” too. Here are some that she “decorated”
My daughter likes to ride the rides at the mall. This is a recent outing after a doctor’s visit

Took this a week or two ago. She’s decided that anything low enough to sit on is a good “seat” and found this low wall at my work that made a nice Evelyn-sized “chair”
Here’s the baby (Ha! She’s almost two) doing one of her small, silly person activities. Whenever we go to the mall, she likes to sit on the ledges by the railings on the second floor. I guess they’re just the right height to make a nice little seat for a tiny girl. :-) The photo is a little fuzzy (taken with my phone) but it shows her sitting there, which is something she does every time we’re at the mall.
