All about MAME, my Suzuki M109, and other trivia
Here are pictures of the baby having her first ice cream cone.
Evelyn enjoyed the zoo while we were in L.A. for the holidays. At each exhibit, she would look at the animals and then say “More!” so that we would move on to the next. She liked the monkeys, bears, and foxes. Best of all, though, were the kangaroos. When she saw them hopping about, she got really excited and started hopping too. (Click image to see movie)
| trapped in a target shopping cart. She doesn’t really like the idea of sitting in a cart while we go through the store. She’d prefer to walk around and grab things off the lower shelf. |
Here’s little doodlebug sitting in a chair with a book. You can’t tell from the picutre, but she’s trapped there by the surrounding grass. She refuses to step on grass in her bare feet :-) That’s why she has that funny look on her face![]()
This is doodlebug at the Santa Clara rose garden for a photo shoot. She really likes the camera case, especially if there happen to be batteries for the camera in it where she can get to them. She’s squatting down making a funny face because she doesn’t like the grass.![]()
It’s hard to tell over the noise of the toy (the “Animal Train” music) but the baby is whispering and chattering while playing, if you listen closely.![]()
So I must be playing Wii games a little too much. Last week, when I set the Wiimote down on the couch, the baby decided it would be fun to play with. Of course, I thought she would be interested in the lights and the buttons. Much to my surprise, she imitated daddy–picking the Wiimote up, holding it out at arms length, and waving it around at the TV. Smart baby!
