Muzzlelite

March 12th, 2005 | by Dan |

I ordered a Muzzlelite bullpup stock to use as a “blank” to make some toys for my nephews. If you’ve never seen one of these, here’s a shot:

You can look at this site if you’re interested in where I found them (look for “muzzlelite” in the left column) or in seeing what guns they make these for.

I’m pretty sure that I can replicate this out of wood.

I remember the stocks and recievers that Nick S. and I made for the company sign we made for C Co. 3/325 in Vicenza, Italy back in ’89. Of course, Nick did most of that work, but I remember a lot of what was necessary, so I think that I’ll be able to recreate these. I’m pretty sure that using a piece of copper tubing for the barrel and making the rest out of wood will allow me to easily make something to impress my nephews. And that’s always key :-)

    Howdy Dan!
I had to laugh when I read this blog about the company sign. I remember that I lost about three days towards the end of that when I was snorting paint fumes…
What carrier service do you have right now? Since I still work for Sprint we have a Sprint Employee Referral Program that you could sign up for and save pretty big bucks on your cell bill. THe nice thing about being my friend is that if you are on Sprint or would go to Sprint then I’ll send you a new Treo. Let me know if you are interested.
Your daughter is so cute! I do enjoy parenthood but ask me that question in about 14 more years…
What company do you work for now? Seems that you and your wife are doing well which is great. Miss seeing you Dan, hopefully I can come out to see you in a year or two.
    Nick
